Our Logo

Aside from an abstract concept of our company initials MJL, our logo has many layers and much deeper meaning. We thank you for visiting and invite you to keep reading and learn more about us.

To begin with, our logo represents the plan view of a concrete block which is highly durable, cost-effective and allows for rapid construction. Similar to a master mason erecting a wall, we build a project one block at a time which in the end is seamless and bound together by mortar which fills the gaps between them. 

Just like a painter starts with a blank canvas providing endless potential for creativity and artistry, such is the concrete block to construction, when placed with precision and skill can transform into an architectural masterpiece.

Our logo is intentionally symmetrical, made up of four identical and equally spaced parts representing the four elements of any project: Planning, Design, Financing and Construction Management.

We believe each part is equally as critical and essentially continue until a project is built and ready for use. All four parts are also dependent of each other and any combination applies. Without a collaborated approach and balance between them, a project will not reach its maximum potential.

Did you notice an arrow in the middle pointing upward? This represents vertical construction meaning all entitlements including building permits have been obtained and essentially what drives the schedule.

The arrow is rising through what resembles a high rise or tower which in every project is the focus of attention and legacy left behind by everyone involved that made it possible.

You can clearly see a pyramid shape as well starting from the lower two corners and up through the point of the arrow representing stability and teamwork which is the foundation that each project rests on.

Finally, our logo is black and white which is absolute and signifies the transparency and precision we believe is required when communicating and managing a project of any size.
